This year, we are expanding our Barn Nook rental space and adding a large tent. We can now host parties up to 45 people and keep your party dry for a rain or shine event!
Rent our Barn Nook on Saturdays for birthday parties, staff parties, corporate retreats, or other gatherings. The Barn Nook is a charming outdoor space nestled in the corner of our old red bank barn, surrounded by grass, trees, gardens, and fields. We are currently building the new tent, and it will be ready for your gathering starting Saturday July 6.

How many people?
The Barn Nook seats up to 45 people.
What time?
You can reserve the Barn Nook from 11:30 pm to 3 pm, or 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. These windows include your setup and breakdown time. Please stick to these times to allow our staff and other customers time to prepare and clean up the space.
What is the cost?
The fee is $250 plus tax ($282.50). We must receive this payment within one week of booking the event to secure your reservation. Payment can be made by e-transferring info@banjocider.com. The fee is 50% non-refundable. We offer discounts for non-profits, please email us for rates (info@banjocider.com).
Are kids welcome?
Yes, they are very welcome, and dogs are too! However, as we are a cidery, kids birthday parties are not allowed.
Can I have live music?
We are open on our patio and in the tasting room during the event, and there will be music playing on the patio. Therefore we don’t allow live music during party rentals.
What about food?
You can bring your own food. We do not have an on-site caterer. If you plan to order food from our on-site patio food service, you must let us know in advance. If you would like to have a caterer for your party, please contact us in advance so we can determine whether this will be feasible.
What about other beverages?
We are not licensed to serve anything but our own beverages, and we offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. No outside beverages please.
Are decorations allowed?
Decorations are allowed within reason. Please be sure you leave yourself enough time within the rented window to put up any decorations and remove them before you leave.
What about weddings or bigger parties?
Saturday Barn Nook reservations are for low-fuss groups up to 45 people. If you have a small wedding celebration that meets that criteria and you've read all of the info on this page, you are welcome to book the Barn Nook for your casual wedding celebration (no ceremonies). We will be booking larger parties and weddings soon, so watch our website and social media for announcements!
